A Houston roofing company that has been finding and fixing roof leaks since 2001.
Mark Hofmann grew up around people who worked with their hands and took pride in doing a job properly. He carried that into roofing, and in 2001 he started Megan Roofing in Houston with a simple idea: find what is really causing the problem, fix it the right way, and tell the homeowner the truth about their roof.
Houston weather made leak repair the heart of the business. Summer heat cracks pipe boots and dries out sealants, spring storms lift shingles, and heavy rain finds every weak spot in flashing and valleys. Over the years Megan Roofing has completed about 3,500 projects across Houston, from small pipe boot repairs to storm damage and flat roof leaks.
Today the company works from its office in Spring and serves homeowners and property managers across Greater Houston. Mark still runs every job the way he did at the start: explain what we found in plain terms, give a clear estimate before work begins, and let you make the decision.
Tell us where the water shows up and when. It helps narrow down the likely entry point before anyone climbs a ladder.
Water often travels before it stains a ceiling. We trace it back to where it gets in, not just where you see it.
You get the price in writing before any work begins, with the repair explained in plain terms.
Every repair comes with a workmanship warranty, and its terms are written into your agreement.
We had a persistent leak around our chimney that kept returning after rainy weather. Megan Roofing inspected the flashing and explained which areas needed attention before work began. We appreciated receiving a clear estimate and understanding what was required to address the problem.
Water was getting in around a plumbing pipe where it passed through the roof. Mark Hofmann explained why the damaged pipe boot needed replacement and walked us through the repair options. We appreciated the clear communication and understanding exactly what work was recommended.
We were dealing with water intrusion around several metal roof fasteners. The affected panels, fasteners, and seals were inspected. Mark Hofmann explained the findings and outlined the recommended repair, making the next steps easier to understand.
